Is It Hopeless?

I have asked on several betta forums, and nobody replies to my questions regarding a female betta.
She's old, we got her last summer, but my bettas never seem to live longer than a year or two.
Here's a little description on what's happening.

3 gallon tank, filtered and heated.
parameters are 0 , 0 , 0 tank is cycled.
I have the water level really low right now.

She's appearing to have a large bump protruding out from her side, and it's reddened at that area, the scales are stretching and thinning.
She cannot swim very good, she uses the bump to prop herself on the ground, and only swims up for air or a bit of food, she still eats.
I feel really bad for her, she looks so sickly, but she wants to hold on for dear life, she refuses to give up.

Here's a picture of her.

She's in a shallow sterlite tub, because tanks are too tall and hard for her to swim in, so this tub works for now.

What type of medications could I try on her, if any?
I only have PimaFix, BettaFix, and AQ salt right now.
Repolie Can you please help me?

Edit: I put silk plants in for her to lay on, she likes to be lazy all day long.
She also has red lines on her gill plates, but those have been there for a while, and I never knew what they were from.

I do see she has clamped fins, showing she's distressed. Lines on the gill plates are normal. Can you take more pictures of her from different angles, especially the bump? Any more symptoms?

Yes, she is also clamping
I tried to get a photo, the camera doesn't pick up how red this bump is.

Can you turn off that light and shine a flashlight on her while you take a picture?

Edit: It looks to be an internal tumor and it may or may not be cancerous. It's affecting her quality of life, so you're gonna have to consider euthanasia unfortunately.

Wow I haven't seen a long finned female in awhile! Where do you get your bettas from? I found petsmart bettas last 2-3 years while a breeder betta can last 4 to even 7 years some say.

They aren't uncommon where I live.
I get my bettas at PetCo, but my latest was purchased from PetSmart.
