I have had my goramie for almost three weeks, this Saturday actually marks the third week. Do you think he is ready to go in, I have seen no visible signs of illness except that he doesn’t eat a whole lot. I feed him flakes and he does eat a little but not a ton. Do you think he is ready to go in yet or should I wait until he goes after food with exitment. Could it be his food or his environment. He is in a bare bottom tank. So what do you think, thanks

For that answer you have to go with your gut feelings. Qt time is all over the place. Some people do 2 weeks others 3 and others 4. Some don't do any at all. So if you feel its time go for it .

Depends on the type of Gourami, As things stand at the moment I would never put a new dwarf gourami in one of my tanks.

It is a marbled kissing goramie and I just realized something, he only spits out the big flakes which makes seince because they don’t have teeth so they can chew the big flakes.
