Oh gosh I've mad so many threads lately. Thanks for putting up with me
Anyway, I've been a bit worried about my new betta (who is still nameless! Though I'm leaning towards Kaito written with the kanji for ocean and sea, and soar and fly ). He's been breathing pretty heavily ever since I got him. Takeshi was never like this so I thought it might calm down after a while. I've had him for almost a week now and no change. Is this normal, or should I be worried?
Here's a youtube video of him. Watch his little mouth. Also apologies for dirty glass

Yeah he was I saw him and liked him instantly, but went back a few days later and he was less active, that's when I bought him. What should I be doing for him? Will it heal?

Keep an eye on you're tank parameter but all you can do is time and clean water.
You could and an airstone to increase the O2 in his tank water.
However he should heal up in time.
