I hate shy fish and i'm wondering if goldfish are shy. And how many goldfish in 15g? I think 3 little goldfish is ok.

15g is way to small for even 1 goldfish. Goldfish are in the carp family and get very big. To put one in a small tank will stun it's growth and reduce its lifespan by over half. I recommend you think of a different fish for your 15g. Depending on the dimensions of your tank, we can give recomdations.

Please don't put any goldfish in a 15 gallon they get much to big, even the fancy ones can get 8inches or more (and those are the small ones).
A better fish would be a betta. They have lots of personally.. I have 3 bettas (all in different tanks) and every time they see me they swim right up to the glass and beg for food.
I'm sure others will have more suggestions on fish for a 15 gallon but all serious fish enthusiasts will agree NO goldfish

What about a few male guppies or platies instead? They are not shy, and they'll swim to the front of the tank to greet you when you walk up.

No goldfish. They are pond fish not tank fish and keeping them in tanks stunts their growth causing a horrible painful existence.
Some fancies grow to be 20+ inches so you'd need at least 150 gallons + for even just two.
