Is 10 gallons big enough for a betta???
Probably a half-moon

Also, could I put silver cories in with it?

10 Gallons is plenty good for a betta. You could try cories, some betta will be aggressive towards them though so be watchful.

I would try a snail first with the betta, before cories.

a 10 gal is perfect. if you don't do the cories, you could divide it and have 2 bettas if you want.

what kind of cories are the silver. for a 10 gal, you want small one like pandas, in a group of 6.

I'm trying to figure out what "Silver Cories" are... what size do they get? Generally unless they are the smaller sized Cory Cats I would not recommend them in a 10 gallon.

Divide it if you want, but I wouldnt recommend it -.-

Doesn't look very good and its very tough to aquascape! But yeah, go with a snail for sure, any corydora needs a larger footprint.

Pygmy cories MIGHT be ok, but still I wouldnt try it.
