Iron Deficiency? Crypts

HI I've just been recently dosing with Flourish and Leaf Zone, the plants have had flourish tabs since planting. They were having good new growth initially but now many of the plants have white new growth and the larger crypts have dark veins and light leaves...

I would like to buy the Nutrafin Iron tester, but is this a pretty clear case of iron deficiency? And I can go ahead and start dosing Flourish Iron?

Looks like Magnesium deficiency on the Crypt. Plants need that in order to uptake iron. Do you have soft water? When did you add the tabs? Cheap way to add magnesium sulfate is Epsom Salts.

But yes iron deficiency shows up in new growth only as it is not a mobile nutrient. Like you said new growth is white or pale which is a classic iron deficiency. But the crypts leaves show pale leaf but the veins remain green which is a sign of magnesium deficiency. Either way you have a micro deficiency need to dose the Leafzone (iron & potassium) and Flourish Comprehensive is mostly Micros with some iron and add Epsom Salts if you have soft water. Cant hurt anything. You don't need to dose the Seachem Flourish Iron if you are dosing Leafzone.

I just tested the Iron levels using Nutrafin test and it was showing pretty low (this is after 1 round of dosing). I did another dose right after this test and now It looks like all the plants area pearling... the flame moss, the bacopa, the spiralis... I will just have to add the iron test and fert to the schedule.
