20 Gallon Tank Intake Pre-Filter Sponge

Hello all I am looking for the size pre-Filter intake sponges that I need for the Aqua Clear 50 as well as the size for the Aqueon Quiet Flow 20 and 30 filters. I have fry in these tanks as well as snails that I keep losing because these intakes are not covered. If you know the size please post a link so that I can order ASAP. Thank You

 

Until you get some, use panty hose. I don't know the size.

 

I have a eheim prefilter.... Fits my JBL external filter and works great! I'd say it fits most intake pipes check measurements if possible.

 

Something like these should work, they are fairly accomodating to fit on most filter intakes.

Yes I use those too. They can clog quite quickly which is why I bought eheim prefilter which is more efficient. The sponges are prefect if your tank hasn't loads of waste to deal with.

The fluval edge is what i use since i can get them locally. I finally cleaned mine a couple weeks ago, first time in like 6 months lol! Think they around $4 at Petco.
