10 Gallon Tank Injured cory

so i just got some albino cory catfish to go in my 10 gallon with my betta. he was acting very aggressive already killing two and injuring one (in one day). i got a tank divider and divided them about 3-6 betta-catfish because i have no where else to put me betta. someone please tell me how to help me catfish i can't lose another one he has part of his tail bit off

Keeping the water clean will help more than anything, really. So partial water changes everyday will help. Also, using stressguard/coat instead of your usual conditioner can help promote healing as well.

Did you see the betta actually kill the Corys. I seriously doubt that?

I'd change the substrate first.
