In the Wrong Tank

    I don't know what they are but they look pretty congrats on the new arrivals :)

    The one with the black dot kind of looks like an African Jewel Cichlid.

    Generally speaking most cichlid's are aggressive.

    I mean are they peacock aggressive or convict aggressive?

    Peacocks and convicts are very aggressive but the Jewels are even meaner I bought 2 thinking they were flagfish (almost identical at that age) I had one Acei in the tank at the time 2 weeks later the male Jewel doubled in size (almost the same size as the Acei) he and the female were double teaming the Acei to almost death he was relocated yesterday :(

    The blue fish is a Cobalt Mbuna (Metriaclima callainos) and the other is a Jeweled Cichlid. Both are very aggressive fish and don't belong in a tank together. Mbunas are from Lake Malawi while Jewels are from Western Africa.
