Idk what just came out of my guppy

Something just came out of my guppy. I had just been messing with the plants in the tank so I thought maybe I stressed her out and she was gonna start popping out premature stress babies but this thing too like 5 minutes to come out.

She’s been completely fine. Eating, swimming around, socializing. Only thing weird is that she’s been rubbing on stuff here and there.

Poop? Undeveloped baby? Rock? Organ? Disease? Please help.

She probably got it taken care of now! Maybe feeding the tank some frozen daphnia a time or two a weel might help.

Wouldn’t be surprised. I’ve seen my larger females pass small MTS shells.
