Best pic I could get - this fish is a periwinkle color with black on the tips of his/her fins. Can anyone identify her? (S)he is still very small, but significantly more scrappy than the other Africans in this tank. Thanks in advance!

An mbuna more than likely. I can't say for sure what species it is, far too young and tiny yet. A couple thing that come to mind are elongatus or socolofi.

I'd say a definite Chindongo socolofi (some Pseudotropheus were recently moved into this new genus).
