HI does anyone know of silver or colorful goldfish or Koi that could be mistaken as goldfish.
I want to identify my silver goldfish and colorful goldfish.
Sorry I can't provide Pics my digital camera doesn't work with my computer.
But can you please provide pics.

The silver one probably can't be identified if we can't see the picts. but there are no silver goldfish unless they are young and havn't changed color yet. The colorful one is either a butterfly koi or a butterfly goldfish.

My silver fish is about 2 or 3 inches.
May I see the butterfly goldfish and butterfly koi?

Go to googles and type in butterfly goldfish or koi. Most of them are junk but there are a few picts. that fit. Are the O'Almighty Colorful One and Silver One single-tailed or double-tailed.

The Koi were too big and my Goldfish also has brown spots.

As for single tail and double tail I don't know the difference.(They all look similar to me)

Comets and Shubkins are single-tailed. Fantails, Ryukins, Orandas, and Lion-Heads are double-tailed.

I think I know the difference now it's a double (wouble) tail. ;D
3 of my goldfish were mislabeled as Fantails. (3 of mine are real Fantails though)

Next time I go to the Fish Factory I'm going to tell them about the mislabel.
