Well first of all.... 82 degrees is awfully hot. Not many species will do well in those conditions. Is there any way you can get a chiller? We also need to know your tank size.

35 gallon... well i can make it cooler with fan so around 26-28 celcius. Im also looking for fish that can withstand discus temperature

Hm... I don't have any suggestions. You'll have to wait for someone more experienced :)

oh yeah i forgot to add angelfish. will it thrive in 35 galon? and does it compatible with tetras?

I'm very confused by angels lol. your gonna want some others opinion. @TexasDomer

You could do a single angelfish ceenterpiece in a 35. Or a mated pair if you had a confirmed pair but then you probably may have a hard time keeping a school of tetras and GBR with them.

You could do a stocking like this is a 35 gallon:
    1x angelfish
10x rummynose tetra OR cardinal tetra
8x Sterbai corydoras OR 12x kuhli loaches
    2x GBR

If you wanted both rummynose and cardinals I would drop the angelfish out of this stock. With the angel its just getting too crowded to put two schools and one big centerpiece in this size tank. If you dropped the angel you could do 12x each of rummynose and cardinals.

I change my mind, no angelfish. Would GBR compatible with tetras or sterbai? I dont have any experience with GBR. Im also thinking about 15 cardinal and 3-5 sterbai

What are the dimensions of the tank?

You need a larger group of cories, at least 6, but 8 would be better. You could do 8-10x cardinals and 8-10x rummynose. GBR are compatible with cardinals, rummynose, and Sterbai.

76x40x45 cm = total water volume . Is it a good idea to mix cardinal and rummy nose? will they shoal together or separate? Not a nice view if they school together (my opinion)

    They will not shoal together

1 GBR 10 cardinal 10 rummy nose. Hows that sound?

    Sounds good to me :)
