Id This Fish

    Ok I bought these fish. I am from India.
    These fish were extremely small when I bought them, like half to one inch.
    They were extremely cheap like you could buy 50-60 of this for half a dollar.
    The seller even did not count them just poured whatever he could gather in one try for 10 INR.
    I bought some 20-25 of this.
    All of them were eaten by my other fishes and none of them is alive now.
    I knew many of them could turn out to be snacks for other big fish but did not expect that all of them will be eaten.
    Anyway just out of curiousity I want to know the name of the fish.

    Must be a new variety of tetra

    Those look like snake heads !
    Although I have never seen ones with yellow stripe .

    i agree, baby snakeheads. probably a good thing none survived lol

    I believe they are a snakehead im not sure what speices but if they are its a good thing none of them grew up as they would rip apart any other fish
