Blotchy Anthias (Holanthias borbonius) My own fish and picture :
:;fThis is a continuation of https://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/photo-caption-fun/104846-id-fish-10.html as the original thread has grown quite large. Please remember to properly credit images when you were not the photographer. If an image is found in a Google Search or on Wiki, please do not list them as the source. An image's source is it actual location. You can always right click on the image and select Properties to view where the image lives at. This is the true source. Now, back to your regularly scheduled program.....
Nope. And thats a Banngai Cardinalfish?
Yellow Spot Anthias (Odontanthias borbonius)? Yeah it's a Banggai cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni).
You got it!, as did i XD. Then again, my LFS has the cardinalfish sooooo yup. Ill pass.
Hmm.. I almost picked a really mean one BUT I decided to be nice to you lol. I was having trouble choosing a fish! I kept thinking of random other animals I could bring in like turtles and the like. Do you think I should start an ID thread for ALL animals/plants? That would be easier I think. Same concept but just a larger variety of animals. segrestfarms.com
Id excel in a thread like that. Im an animal encyclopedia, fish are actually my weakest area.
I'm pretty much the same way. Except with plants. Not that great with plants... or frogs.
you know for a aquaculture competition they wanted me to remember 100 fish names and 100 aquatic plant names, Photo id and scientific names. yeah. Nope. lol. I got 55 right.
