Id Loach, Yoyo Or Something Else?

Is this a Yoyo Loach? We had debate about it at LFS. I inherited a 10 gallon tank from a friend and she wasn't sure what fish she had in it. I took photos and went to LFS to ID and we came up with:

2 yoyo loaches (if the one above is in fact a yoyo)
1 albino pleco
1 black skirt tetra
1 serpae tetra

I've bought a 40 gallon breeder and am cycling it (fishless) to move them and get them some schooling mates.

 

It is a loach but it's not a yoyo.

 

It kind of looks like a burmese tiger but there are so many different species. I'm not familiar with them all but it's not a yoyo

 

Do you all think it might be a zebra loach?

 

Schistura mahnertI or one of the similar species.
