Ich treatment with frogs

So I'm noticing a tetra has white spots, so I've got Ich.
I have snails and African dwarf frogs. Which would be better? Heat or Ich-X? I can't find a solid answer when I google!

TIA

Your probably better off separating them so you can do ich-x and heat on the tetra because frogs and snails can’t get Ich.

If I separate them and put them in an Ich-free tank, so I risk them bringing eggs on their shell/skin?

Pretty sure Ich needs a host after a couple of days. It should be fine since the treatment will probably last that long.

. I didn’t have an empty tank so I transferred to another without transferring water. (My hands) Either way, I probably spread it! Ah well
