Introduced new platies to aquarium without QT. Bad, I know. Found 1 dead platy this morning at the bottom of 20 gal tank. Started raising the heat because other 2 platies look like they have ich. Weird question but right near their anal fins there's a silver looking dot. Having tough time getting picture. Hoping someone can confirm ich and help if the silver dot near anal fin is something like a parasite? Poop looked ok earlier, a bit of white but primarily green/gray. I've got 3 guppies and 6 neons. Everyone is swimming around acting fine including the platies??

Thanks. Since raising the temp and gravel vac with water change none of the fish have any salt like dots anymore. Not sure if I caught everything very quickly or what but keeping the temp up and will continue with cleaning and water change for 2 weeks. 1 platy is still pooping white though, soaked some food in garlic juice to help. It's not worms because no evidence. Anything else I can do? Antibiotics?
