Ich or flukes?

I am too new to this to tellnif it is ich or another parasite. There are raised white bumps on tail, head. She stays near the top mostly, eats fine. No other fish have the dots that I can see.

 

It looks to bug to be ich. Ich is about the size of a grain of salt.

 

Probably Ick. If possible raise the temp to 86 - 87 degrees & keep it there for at least ten days. Do a small water change every other day, w/ thorough gravel vac. That should heal things up.
If unable to do the heat treatment, your local fish store should have Ick meds available. Good luck.

Have been running formalin malachite green for about 5 days with water changes.but I am a bit discouraged to see the dots still there. 76-77 is the temp I can realistically keep it at. I know this is a bit cooler than endlers like but they have to share with corydoras.

 

The Formalin alone should take care of it. It normally takes 10 days to eradicate the Ick.

I wouldnt raise the temp yet I highly doubt its ich. I would catch it and check to see if it looks fungal, ich only looks like grains if salt.

If fungal will the forma/malachite get that too? It doesnt look fuzzy at all like most fungal pics Ive seen. I think ill catch her and try to get some better pics. Ich would be on more than one fish probably right? Tank has kuhlis corys shrimps and snails...

Hm. You might be on to something about the fungus, the bit on the right side is hanging off a little. Uploading a video now as well.

 

pH was 6.5, LFS said try bringing it up to 7 and see if it improves. I think this sounds reasonable.
