Ich or Fin Fracture Goldfish

I noticed these new spots on my comet goldfish (the bigger one), I can’t tell if it is ich or fin fractures. For some context I’ve had this tank running for a few months now and nothing new has been introduced since then. I have another goldfish (shubunkin) who isn’t showing any spots. Lastly, my fish is pretty erratic and does get startled easily and she hasn’t show any changes in behavior that i can think of. I’m not ready to say for certain that it’s fin fracture but I sure would like it to be over ich. I would like your input on what you think this is and whether i should be worried. I’ve attached some pictures for context. Thank you

Well, that doesn’t look like ich. Typically ich is salt like, and that looks like larger white spots. Unfortunately, I’m no good at identifying diesese in goldfish. However, I’m sure that there are articles posted. If you go to the article section then you can probably find it. Do you have a quarantine tank? You should move your sick fish if you can. The last thing you want is two sick fish.

It's definitely not ich to me. I've had a whole tank of ich after unknowingly getting some infected otto and the white spots are very obvious, small, and almost like... like someone dusted your fish in salt or sugar crystals, for lack of a better explanation. Googling "ich fish" gives some better examples and when I looked up some stuff about fin fractures that's closer to what your goldfish seems to have. Could just be getting startled and bumping into things, though I'm not an expert on goldfish. Attached a picture of said culprit from when my tank had ich
