I think my tank is cycled!

Do you know of and understand the Aquarium Nitrogen Cycle?
Yes
I checked parameters today for the first time in a few days and here they are:
Ammonia:0ppm
Nitrite:0ppm
Nitrate:5-10ppm

The nitrites are staying down!
