If you can fill this out: Fish Emergency Template | 376562

And if you have pictures?

10 gallons is small for a Betta sorority and it's quite possible that's an injury not popeye.

Can you get pictures at all? It sounds like an injury caused by one of the other fish.

I don't recommend sororities to many folks and I wouldn't do it in anything under 30g and heavily planted. The likelihood, at about 6 months..., that one of them will turn on another is very high. The smaller the tank the more likely this will happen.

The best solution for popeye that isn't caused by infection (infection usually would be seen in both eyes), and even if it were infection, is frequent water changes. You need to keep the water clean as possible.

In quarantine tank 25% water change every day.

In main tank 25% every 3-4 days or 50% once a week for 5 fish in a 10g.

Maybe this will pass, but the fact that she was hiding from her 'sisters' is a HUGE sign something very likely went wrong amongst them. And will continue down the line, especially in that tank.

In my not so humble opinion you need to get a larger tank and/or break up the sorority.

Edit: Also suggest keeping the temp around 79.
