when I finished fishless cycle the reading says 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, bunch of nitrate. so I took out 85percents water of the tank and filled up the water with prime and stability. Then result changed to 0.5 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10 or 20 nitrate. Do I have to do fishless cycle all over again or do I just do more water change or do I start putting the fishes in? what should I do I am completely confused..

Hello!

Try checking your tap; sometimes your water source will have ammonia in it. If so, just make sure your B.B. can process the tap water ammonia in, at most, 24 hours. And, if so, you are good to go

it's not completely 24 hours passed but I did water test and then .25 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 20 or 10 nitrate. What if the ammonia doesn't change to zero even after 24hours what should I do? do more water change?

No, it just means you have to wait a little bit longer to allow the bacterial colony to build up so the ammonia and nitrites can be processed a bit quicker
