One should be plenty as most of your plants don't require high light.

Okay thanks. For some reason, I can't grow Dwarf Hairgrass, they keep dying. That is why I just bought a bunch of micro swords, hopefully I am successful with that.

Dwarf haigrass requires high light and CO2. Very hard to grow.

The actinic tubes won't do much in a Freshwater environment, so I'd consider changing them.

I'd look at using 6,700k tubes in combination with 10,000k. Most plants should do well with 6700k.

And if it were me, I'd consider trying to return the second light that you don't need (especially if it's a mis-shipment)
