I never actually introduced myself.....

I only just realized now that I never really introduced myself and I thought you should know a little about me.

I've got two tanks. One is 10 gallon and the other is a 5.5 gallon. The 10 gallon has one female molly and three corys. I know only too well that none of these types of fish should be in a tank that size, but I do intend to give them a 37 gallon when I can. The 5.5 gallon has a male veiltail betta, Rex who has recently recovered from fin rot. I tried him with tankmates but that didn't end so well. I think he would rather go solo.

I have found lots of useful information on this forum and everyone is super friendly. Thank you for welcoming me and helping me with my dilemmas I have had in the past.

I live on an 80 acre farm with my family. We are getting chickens soon, and maybe some other animals to live on it eventually too.
In the past we have had 2 dogs, Pheobe and Molly. Pheobe died in an accident that involved a pick up truck, but Molly is alive and well (aside from being a little overweight)

Another thing I thought I should mention, I seem to be the only one on this entire forum who dislikes cheesecake. Am I weird?

Again, I thank everyone for welcoming me to this forum and giving me do much good information and help.

(This thread may be completely pointless and I won't be surprised if it gets deleted, but I thought I should post it after seeing all new members introducing themselves, when they join. It makes me feel a little guilty that I never did the same)

I like cheesecake, but I won't judge. I don't like marshmallows.

I don't even like the smell. My children are both grown now, but they occasionally still talk about when they were small and I'd buy Rice Krispie Treats for them when asked if we were at a store, but they weren't allowed to eat them in the truck so I wouldn't have to smell them.

Guuuuuuurl!

I love your thread! So awesome!

Very jealous of your living arrangements.
You are not alone . Cheesecake gets a downvote from me. Forever.

Would love to see pics of Pheobe and Molly if you feel up to posting.

Has Molly been into the cheesecake?!?

I can't get any pics of Phoebe, but here's Molly. She's lazy, fat, clingy, and sometimes annoying, but she is very obedient, and we love her. She LOVES belly rubs.

Her mother was a beautiful dog, much like her in looks. Her dad looked like her too, but oh, boy, was he ever lazy. Her previous owners said if someone tried to get him up he would get up, only to walk across the yard, flop down again and fall asleep. Lazy dog. I guess she gets her lazy nature from him.

I can tell you a little bit of what Phoebe was like.
We adopted her from a shelter. Apparently her owners had left her and her siblings in a backpack in a park, in the cold.
She was a beautiful dog, a grayish, silver lab. Grey eyes.
She was very energetic and loved to be outside, but she wasn't very well trained (The cause of her death) and didn't like to listen.
Phoebe was a very loyal dog and would never run away. We loved her, and I think she loved us too. When she died I was heartbroken. I loved her sooooo much, but I guess you never really realize that until their gone.
RIP Pheobe, I love you.

I am going to get sooooo hated for this but here I go: I don’t like any kind of cake. I also hate Mac n’ cheese, and cheese burgers are a big No no for me (although I do like plain burgers). Hate me if you want but I have never liked these things. Just gotta let AquaticQueen that there are more picky people than them.

I'm not going to hate on you about it. I hate watermelon. I like cantaloupe and honeydew melons, just not watermelon.
