I need some advice!

So, I have a 20 gallon with one Molly, one snail, and about 10 ghost shrimp. I have two betta fish in 1 gallon tanks a piece (I know it's not ideal. That's what I got them in). I have a 10 gallon that I would like to put some African dwarf frogs in(Maybe 3 or 4). My question is, should I put the two bettas and the Molly in the 20 gallon with tank dividers, or should I put them in the 10 gallon with one divider, keep the Molly by itself in the 20, and get one or two frogs? If I divide up the 20 gallon into 3 that would mean that each fish only gets six roughly 6 gallons apiece. If I put them with the molly the shrimp and mystery snail would not be able to move around the complete tank the full tank. I am open to any suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Are the frogs compatible with the molly and ghost shrimp? I personally would want to divide the 10 for the bettas. Is there any chance you could get a third tank?

Personally, I would divide the 20 gallon for the bettas, give the 10 gallon to the frogs and then rehome the molly. Not sure how the shrimp and snail will do with the bettas so maybe you would want to put them with the frogs.

My mom is pretty firm on not getting another... even if I paid for it. I'm pretty sure the ADF is good with the molly but not sure about the shrimp... I'll do some research. Thanks for your reply!

The more aggressive betta was fine with the snail so I'm sure that would be fine. I really love my molly and have grown quite attached to her (is that weird?) I think I'd put the shrimp with the frogs (I just have them as a cleanup crew). Thanks for your advice!

Ok, but just so you know that the molly can get up to 5 inches and are recommended to be in a 30 gallon minimum.

Really? I've read many places you can put 2 in a 20 gallon comfortably. Also, I've never rehomed a fish.. where would I take her?

My LFS takes in fish. You could also look up local fish clubs and craiglist.
