I Need Help Identifying If This White Spot Is Ich

So I jst got this fish at my local fish store, and on the second day I seen this white spot, so I moved the fish into another tank. Now I jst need help to see if its ich, its been a whole day, I dnt see any new spots. The white spot is at the top of its dorsal fin.

What a beautiful goldfish!

It doesn’t look like ick. It could be that he hurt himself on a decoration. I would keep an eye on it, see if another spot does show up or if it gets bigger.

Thanks! Okay I will, another whole passed, and I dnt see any new spots, ill give him in this separate tank for a few more days.

Update, so this morning I noticed more white dots :/, now I know its ich for sure, my question is, should I treat the tank, or put him on a separate tank. :/ help

Treat the tank. Once you see ich on a fish then it’s been there long enough to spread.

Should I do the aquarium salt, or should I go buy some medicine for it?
