Well about the begginning of december I had had enough every time I would get done exercising I would feel sick to my stomach but only sometimes. So I went to the doctor the next day and he told me to keep a log of what I eat and when I exercise and when I feel sick. A week goes by and I go back. After he looks it over he tells me I eat to much salty/fatty foods. After about 20 more minutes of doctor talk this is basically what he said

Everyone gets fat if you eat fatty foods all the time with minimal exercise you will become huge if you eat fatty foods over time you will get large. Ok blah blah blah mcdonalds is bad. SO since that visit I did what he said made most of my own food stayed away from grease and high concentration salt and fat. ANd heres the breakdown

Here the awesome part I didnt really calorie count I made all kinds of food I liked 80 percent of it was baked chicken and I making your own food is better IMO

ANd heres the breakdown

No Fast food since Dec 15
Nothing fried Since Dec 15
Balanced my diet( Food Pryamid)
Made 80 percent of my meals
(Havent used table salt unless it was going I into the recipe
No soda since the Dec 15
And I'm saving about 20 dollars a week on lunch which I will save for my new tank so I can put Cichlids in my old

And heres the result I lost 4 inches on my waist
ive been feeling bright and awake all the time
I remember things better
I never feel sick when I exercise
And I gained 15 lbs about 2 pounds was body fat but you have to grow so that's 13 pounds of raw power

And you know what I didnt really sacrifice anything and it wasn't hard

Sorry but I laughed when I saw the title. I thought you got fatter while dieting LOL.

Btw, I don't think the weight you gained was all muscle. Maybe a little but not much. It takes A LOT of time to build pure muscle. Dieting alone will not build 13 pounds of muscle. It takes weight lifting/training with dedication to gain pure muscle. Normally, you can gain look to gain about 10 pounds of pure muscle in a year. Yes, a year. Its very hard to gain muscle but super easy to lose it. Not very fair. Sorry to be a party pooper. Just some facts about muscle building :] But hey, on a brighter not, the more you lose the fat, the more ripped you are!
