Can you post photos of the snail and the supposed eggs?

Generally if you've only got one snail it will not lay fertile eggs. It takes two unless you are a Malaysian trumpet snail, which can produce asexually and give birth to live young.

Air bubbles are coming from inside the nano tank there’s nothing in there no filter or nothing also string algae around the plants look closely you’ll see it in the 2nd pic

All I'm seeing is algae and snail poo. I suggest you siphon out some of the junk during a partial water change if you don't like looking at it.

The green is algae? How come it’s only in random spots?

Algae doesn't cover things like a blanket. You will often see it looking spotty like that.

You need a better photo of the snail for it to be ID'd accurately. But that is definitely algae spots. Not eggs.

Now that’s a snail, looks like some sort of pond snail. I don’t see eggs in these pics though but algae spots and maybe poop or dirt. But where there’s a snail there will be eggs soon most likely.

The black spots look like snail poo.

Did you purchase this snail? or is it a hitchhiker? I still need a better pic of it. Most of those pics are of the snails "foot". It could be a small black racer nerite or something. Otherwise it is a pest.

Then it's most likely a pest. I'd throw it away if it were me. I hate pest snails.

I still want to see a better pic of the shell though....it looks kinda big to be a pest

Some people just don’t like pest snails. They have a way of taking over and invading. If it doesn’t bother you then Bruce is fine. Lol.

Because I have hundreds and hundreds of them throughout my tanks. Because they are pests. Pest snails reproduce like crazy.

Here are some picture of him/her I named him Bruce

I'm still struggling to ID him. But hes a cute little guy. If it doesn't reproduce then you won't deal with being overrun.
