I Have A Cichlid I Need Help With

So I work at PetSmart as a Pet Care Associate, and yesterday someone dropped off a bucket with a cichlid in it, and left it in the sun outside (we don't take donations because it's illegal for us to sell.) So we brought it in and all day I talked to my regular cichlid keepers about finding it a home, because we would have nowhere to take it if we couldn't send it home with someone and we wouldn't have a tank for her so she would be in a bucket . All day I couldn't find anyone, although we did identify it as an African cichlid... Though I am trying to determine exactly which African. I ended up bringing it home and keeping it in my 6.5 gallon new arrival tank, which is heated and filtered, as well as planted and cycled. I gave her some Prime, and fed her one Rosy Red out of my crab aquarium and one cube of brine shrimp last night, and one cube today. She seems very healthy so I'm assuming she was picking on other fish in the original owner's tank. She appears to me, to be a DemasonI by her looks, and obviously I believe she is female, but she is VERY purple (not electric blue type of colorful, but not standard.) She has blackish stripes that aren't very visible, though it could be because of stress, she didn't have any color at all until this morning. I will work on uploading a photo of her but I'd like someone to help me identify her so I know what I'm saying when I go to my local fish store to donate her to a loving home, because I can't keep her in this 6.5 and I won't move my crabs back to the 6.5 from a 29.

File name was too long woops

From the head shape it appears to be metriaclima callainois.

Some of that fish have spots on their top and bottom fins, same ones she has, and the color looks right but the stripes are throwing me off, its the only thing making her look different from the others in the pictures of that breed

Would it maybe be safe to put her in the larger aquarium I have with mostly semI aggressive fish, and a few tetras? (it has a gourami and betta, they are not aggressive towards anyone in the tank) I just feel awful watching her swim into the edges of the tank because it is way too small for her she is about 5 inches long. I can't make it to my fish store today, but I can tomorrow afternoon.

It will be fine in that small tank until tomorrow, no sense in stressing the other fish out also.

I'm no expert, but just for fun... metriachlima estherae?

To come back to reality, it is a hybrid Mbuna of unknown parentage. There is no species that looks like that.

I couldn't help myself... my favorite LFS does a "guess the fish" game on Facebook every week and I always have to try...

Thanks guys for all the help, I contacted the store she's going to and told them it was a cobalt zebra but what appeared to be hybrid, was 5" long, and was looking for a home and not only did they accept it into keeping but have already found it a permanent home when I bring it in tomorrow. After faxing some pictures over they said they had a customer who had been looking for something similar for a while and is interested. Thank you everyone for your help in identifying this beauty so I could help her to be happy again!
