I have not visited the forum for the past couple of days, we at last got a positive result on the PT, heading to OB tomorrow to see if everything is alright. I am excited, scared, nervous, basically overwhelmed with emotions. Am I ready? Do I have what it takes to be a father? So many many many questions. Lol

Lol. I've learned quickly that it's best to just roll with it. There isn't a point to add stress to a situation that's already full of a myriad of emotions.

Congratulations, though. Wish you, the wife, and kid to be the best!

Congrats!! I am not a father nor guy, so I can't give you tips on that part, but I can give you tips on what your wife feels. To make her happy just make the progress as easy as you can. Also when the baby comes you guys will have to take turns caring for the baby at 3am lol. Best of luck!

Congrats on the best journey of your lives. Relax and enjoy the process, and just realize that boy or girl they will have you wrapped around their little finger. Both you and your wife. I am very happy for you both. Alison

Congratulations! That really is such wonderful news. Definitely natural to feel all those emotions and being a parent is not something you will ever be 100% ready and prepared for. You just do your best and love that child to bits!!

Congratulations Cef! Dude, you will be ready, it's crazy! All that anxiety will wash away once you hold your baby in a second. Hands down, it will be the best day of your life!!!

First diaper change...you'll never forget that lol!

Just trying to lighten up your mood, but yeah, you'll love it! Enjoy and savor every moment, they grow up fast! I remember racing home after work, jumping in the shower like a lunatic so I hold my baby girl...miss those days!

There's another bonus of being able to get away with being a total goof in public. I love acting off just to get a smile or giggle
