I got bamboo shrimp!

I got a bamboo shrimp at Wal-Mart today! I think it ate 3 of my guppy frys though...

 

Um I don't think so as it's a filter feeding shrimp, make sure you have a spot were it can hide by a current so it can filter feed or if you have a sponge filter it eats off that like Inari's. If you see it eating food off the bottom of the tank that means you should get a stronger current unless it's eating off the sponge. Congratulations, I don't see mine much but InarI does so maybe yours will be active.

 

Mine just stands on the gravel and plant and holds his claws out and puts one of his claws in his mouth every few seconds. You can kind of see his heart. It's really neat.

Mine came with bamboo, I let it float at the top. Should I let it be planted in the gravel?
