i got 4 two month old mollies

    i got a male betta who is in a .5 gallon tank he dont seem happy at all. will it be ok to put him with the babies ?

    I would say no to putting the Betta in with the baby mollies.

    Your betta would be much happier in a filtered, heated, 5 gallon (or larger) tank all by himself.

    The betta will def eat them if they fit in his mouth. Also agree your betta will be much happier in a 5 gallon.
    That being said, your info says you are unaware of the nitrogen cycle. This is the most important aspect of fish keeping. PLEASE read up on it. Your fish will thank you!!!

    No don't put him with the babies if they can fit in his mouth they will go in your mouth.
    As above said if you don't know about the nitrogen cycle read up, I'm losing fish currently in my 55, and letting nature take its course, because I didn't know it.
    Also your beta is not happy because he is in a .5g tank. He should be in a heated, filtered 5 gallon tank.
