I don't have the heart to euthanize my betta, but I don't know what else to do

My little girl is about 3 years old now (she was a pet store fish so I don't 100% know her age). About 3 weeks ago I noticed a lump on her side, was worried it was a tumour but I suspected it was just a muscle mass. I'm almost certain it's a tumour now. She also started getting bloated about a week after I noticed the tumour. It's not dropsy (which I suspected), she isn't pineconing, she's eating, swimming around, and breathing normally. She's still acting like a completely normal fish, except for her GIANT belly and the tumour on her side. I'm worried she's uncomfortable or worse, in pain, but she doesn't show it. I just can't euthanize her if it gets to that point, every time I even think about it I can't help but cry. I've put pictures, just incase someone can identify it as something curable; I'm pretty much willing to do any kind of treatment to help her, other than vet treatment, as I unfortunately don't have access to a fish specialist in my area. Basically, I'm asking for any kind of advice that can help, she's my first fish so I'm not an expert, and at this point I need help from people other than google.

*We had a go with fin rot a few months ago so that's why her fins are a bit rough
**I know her plant is a bit dirty, her tank is due for a clean today

It looks to be an internal tumor. Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done, but they're usually harmless and just a cosmetic issue. It shouldn't affect her in any way, just be careful of food portions and she'll be fine.

I think she'll be fine and have a good quality of life even with the tumor if she's still eating, breathing fine, and swimming around.

Ok, thanks for that reassurance. Is there anything I can do just to make her more comfortable with the bloating?

You can feed smaller amounts of food more frequently instead of meals and just provide more resting places.

I had a black phantom with lots of knots and tumors, she actually was the longest lived of the school at 6 years old. She looked so bloated all the time, but she lived like that for a good two years. It all depends where the tumor puts pressure on other organs. If she is not showing discomfort, I would leave her be as well.
