I have been doing it for 3 or 4days today, ammonia: 4 nitrite: between 0.25 and 5 not sure and lastly nitrate: almost 0. I just added stability little bit and that was it. Do I just leave it or do something at all? I know if ammonia is low and nitrite is high then put more ammonia but I am not sure in this case... I am confused. help please~

I was recently given a link to the very best instructions on fishless cycling I've seen:
Fishless Cycling

You just have to keep testing daily until your ammonia begins to drop. Not much else to do but that until the drop (except maybe warm up your tank if you have no heater running... mine is currently in the high 80s). It took me about a week and a half to see a big change in levels, even though I seeded my tank with about a cup of media from an established tank.
