I can not tell what my fish has Ranchu goldfish

I have gotten my ranchu goldfish 2 months ago. Before I got him he survived a flesh eating bacteria on his back, but made a full recovery. The only thing was is cloudyness in his eyes. The vendor told me it will go away, but it didnt. I tried to treat him for infections, fungus, gave him vitamin D supplements after visiting a vet multiple times, but none of this helped Beside the visual part of it he is a very active and happy goldfish, but it still worries me.

Try keeping giant ranchu goldfish in 25 gallons of water

I raised the ph, how do you give vitamin A to your goldfish?

 

hikari goldfish pellets has some vitamin a... im really just thinking of possible solutions, I'm not really sure if it will 100% solve your problem, but there's no harm in trying... but also make sure to keep pristine water... maybe look for a tank upgrade or daily water changes?
edit: cloudy eyes could be from an injury, in which case you cant really do anything, or infection, in which case just keep the water clean(add a bit of aquarium salt?)

The thing is the water is generally very clean. And the other ranchu is completely fine
