I believe my plants have deficiencies...

I should've noted down what day I got them but a while ago I got some plants for my tank. They weren't in perfect condition when I got them but I think they may be getting a little worse.

Anarcharis:

I don't know how visible it is in the pictures but the top of one of the stalks has turned slightly brown since I got it. Altogether I think the Anacharis was in the best condition when I bought it.

Java Fern:

There's little brown spots in some of the leaves and some of the leaves have bends in them. I am not sure if the bends are cause for concern. The one leaf near the heater sometimes touches it. The leaf might be lightening in color a bit near the ends.

Amazon Sword:

The Swords have brown spots in their leaves as well and I noticed when taking the picture some of the spots have developed into holes. I saw there was an egg sack on one of the leaves. The eggs are gone now without me doing anything to them. The Sword doesn't seem any worse from that happening.

Banana Plant:

The topmost growth wasn't very green to begin with. Not sure how well this is doing or what it may be missing. Not sure where to position it as the current in the tank pulls it along, eventually ends up stuck to the filter intake.

Water Wisteria:

This to me appears to have made the move to my tank the worst of all of them. One of the stalks I'm pretty sure outright died, some have ragged looking leaves. Are they suppose to be this shade of green or a bit darker?

Here's a full tank shot to show about how they're planted, and a pic of my thermometer.

I've been tracking and logging the conditions of the tank on my thread here: Ebreus' Cycling Thread - In progress. Updates: 10 | Aquarium Nitrogen Cycle 433762 as it's been cycling. Think the ammonia could've hurt my Anacharis? It was the closest plant to where I dosed the Ammonia.

From Deficiency List for Plants | Aquarium Plants 168302 I think the Amazon Sword and Java Fern may have Potassium Deficiency while the Wisteria is either deficient of Manganese, Magnesium, or Nitrogen.
I think the Anacharis might be healthy.

So far I've been relying on the substrate for nourishing the plants. It's Fluval Plant & Shrimp Stratum.
The light is a Finnex 247 Planted+ on a 24 hour timer. Lights turn on sometime around 6AM and are off sometime between midnight and 3AM. The aquarium is 48" by 6" and 12" tall.

I think you should remeasure your tank. How many gallons is it? How long has the tank been cycled?

The tank is 50 gallons. The tank is in the process of cycling... hopefully that's not an issue I was lead to believe that the plants wouldn't be harmed by being in during the cycle when I asked in a different thread.

Only thing I can comment on is the wisteria.like yours, mine was grown out above water and looked just like yours.most all the leaves curled up turned brownish and fell off 1 by one.I had been floating mine and almost got rid of it all until I noticed that I had new leaf growth and the new leaves were bright green and took on the submerged form.looks like a completely differant plant now but it looked like for a good month or so.Fwiw the other plants I introduced did not respond well to my initial ammonia dosing.I replanted once my ammonia was down to 1ppm and they did way way better

The plants will not be harmed by the cycle. However, the water quality, fertilizer and lights have to be in sink. If you have to much Amonia, Nitrites or nitrates you will get algae and it will affect the plant health. Also lighting and fertilizer has a lot to do with it. I would say the first couple months you will have your ups and downs but the major thing to do is be patient and make minor adjustments as you learn. As your plants display deficiencies, it doesn't mean they will die, it only means that they need something to be adjusted.
