If youdont have a generator dont worry. Theyre are the wds to heat you aqaurim.
If you have a kerosene heater make surdnt have exra water to set on top of (in a pan). Warm it up dump it in.

Also a bag of taters and a cpl bottlesof peroxide are smart. Joey has a video on measurements. But those 2 mixed creates pure oxygen.

Also remember to take your media out of filter and place it in your tank. And hold of on feeding if possible until power comes back. Helps prevent ammonia build up.

Are you evacing?

This!

And run a cord to your aquarium from your generator. Heat is the biggest concern, if it is freshwater tropical, or saltwater. Goldfish can handle any just about any temperature.
You should be fine with the battery powered air pump then.

Also, in one of the forums there is a surviving a power outage thread tacked to the top. Maybe the mods could provide a link.

Yeah make sure you get a battery powered air pump. A fish tank can normally survive a week without filtration as long as their is an air stone in order to help oxygenate the water.

Good luck and hope you, your family, and your pets will be safe and sound!
