How To Use Aquabid?

I'm currently bidding on a fish right now but I'm a little confused on how much he will cost.
Here's the description he came with(unedited):

Shipping Cost Europe , USA , ASIA - Shipping costs $5.00 per fish by Air Cargo from Thailand to my transhipper and you have to pay domestic shipping cost to my

transhipper by yourself again. I reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping if necessary. Heat pack $7 per pack.

I don't really need a heat pack because it's not too cold yet. I'm planning to bid around $25 for the fish so I'm assuming the price will be around:

Price I'm going to bid(around $25) + Shipping ($5) + Anything else?

I'm a little confused because in the description he said its $5 to ship to his OWN transhipper. Do I have to pay any additional costs? I live in Minnesota so the transhipper I picked was Mr. Koo in Saint Paul. Instead of him shipping the fish directly to me, could I try picking him up? Will he lower some of the charges, or is all of it already included with the $5 the breeder mentioned in the description? I tried contacting both the breeder and Mr. Koo but both did not answer yet.

Can anyone help me with some sort of layout for the overall shipping price? Bidding ends in about 7 hours. Thanks.

BTW kinda new to the whole Aquabid website if you couldn't tell.

You'll pay 30$ to the seller with a bid of 25$ and a ship fee of 5$, the transhipper also gets 5$ for bringing the fish in, it can be shipped(priority, express, overnight) some do not allow pick up some do. I did not have a good experience with Mr koo, I have used Jesse in florida, and one other including mr. Koo.

Awesome! How do I let the breeder know that I'm choosing Mr. Koo as my transhipper?

When you pay them or emailing them after you have bought/won the fish with what transhipper. I wish you luck, I hope no transhippers have had issue with doa.

Do you know how much Mr. Koo charges, having been working with him?

I can't remember the last one I worked with was pretty much on west coast, had issues with her switched back to Jesse because both very expensive fish I ordered were doa, but this wasn't told to me until two days before they were to go out in a delayed shipment. Normally it runs around 20$ for the slowest form of shipping, uses priority.

Would Mr. Koo charge anything if I went to pick up the fish directly at his shop? Thanks for all the help I appreciate it

He has to charge the import fee, he may charge for holding I am not sure.
