How To Upload Pictures?

If I wanted to put a picture here, How would I do it?

I clicked on the 'Insert Image' button(above), but nothing seemes to be happening after. What am I supposed to do?

at the bottom of the reply box is an options button, click on it and it will open up. then browse your machine and add your pictures to your post.

Or, click the insert button and when it says |img||/img|,  |img|paste here like this|/img|, so it would be like |img| My Documents: whatever.jpg|/img| or |img|https://www.sitesite.com/fish/fishpic.jpg|/img|  get the picture? lol
