So I believe my betta has fish rot, I haven't been able to get any good pictures of it because he keeps moving. It's very minor fin rot and it's only on one of his fins. His activity level has remained the same and he's got his appetite. I've also been doing 50% water changed every other day for a week, yesterday I did a 25% change and added an Indian almond leaf. I believe it's getting better since the parts that were frayed has small translucent webbing in between them, which is very hard to see. His fin was also turning translucent a bit, but it's been like that since I started, that's the part where I'm not sure how to tell if it's getting better or not.
Also before when he swam it was difficult to see his wounds since it flattened against him, but now I can see it when it's flattened against him, but it also could've been like that for a few days.
And since it's difficult to take pictures of him it's hard to tell if he's getting better or worse.
I have not used medicine yet.
Edit: I've actually managed to get a few pictures, I circled what looks like new webbing in red and then I circled the translucent part of his fin in yellow
