Welcome to fishLore!
If you have lots of cover in the tank where they can hide they can be left in the parents tank. Crushed flakes are good food for them.

If they don't have cover you may have to move them to another tank to keep the parents from eating them.

My molly tank has several small crevices and floating plants for the fry to hide in. Once I find them, I move them to my 20 gallon shrimp tank until they are too big to be eaten. My mollies are black, the substrate is black and white, and the back of the tank is black so I'm sure that helps the fry hide. LOL!

Golden Pearl and finely crushed high quality flake with help them grow up quickly.

Hope this helps!

I keep mine in a densely planted part of the tank (java moss). I don't want to be a midwife lugging fish around from tank to tank so they won't get eaten.

They'll get eaten after I get breeder points for some, just not by the parents I like to get my cichlids "in the mood". LOL!
