How to stop mystery snail from floating?

My mystery snail is floating constantly, when she’s not stuck to the glass or on some decor. Currently she’s eating, but just floating while she does. She still is active during normal times.
From what I researched, snails usually float if the water conditions are poor or if they have an air bubble trapped in their shell. My tank parameters are
0 ammonia
0 nitrites
5 nitrates

and I’ve been doing 20% water changes every day to rule out poor water quality to be the cause of her floating.
Are there any remedies to this??

 

My experience on how to stop them from floating: Empty the water!

In other words, they're gonna float when they feel like it. I have Mystery snails in a well planted tank with very good water parameters and I do a 30-40% WC weekly to keep them that way. But once in a while, one of them will float to the top for a while. I'm no expert, but mine typically seem to find their way back to other areas of the tank.

 

Mysteries are strange little creatures that seem to like to have fun. I had one that would constantly climb to the end of the powerhead then launch off and swirl around the tank until it hit bottom somewhere. They are silly.

They are! Mine loves to zoom around and do laps and then launch herself off the top sometimes too!

Snails pretty much do what they want, whenever they want. People freak out about it all the time, because secretly they are rather envious of that!!
