Get a cup when you place it in the water it makes a vacuum and sucks them up and they can’t fight the current if their newborn.

Or a spoon can do the sam put a cup provided a stronger and longer vacuum effect

Is the bottle like just your average bottle or is it cut into sections or?

You could put a net over a bucket then pour the water out the bottle into the ent and it will catch the fry then you can move them

What do you want to move them to?

I don't really want to dump it because they are angelfish fry and have sticky strings on theor head that they stick to stuff with so not all of them will come out.

A small cup like shot glass?

Take the bottle out it’s the fry in then hold it over the net and unscrew the cap and the water will go down and push them all out that’s what I would do

And if they stick out the cap back on and refil it with water

That might work, bit I will probably have to suck the ones at the bottom in the cap up with a turkey baster I juat don't want to hurt them.
