How to mix general cure with food

How do I mix general cure with flakes for guppies with clear stringy poop? Already used prazipro with no effect so I'm thinking parasites and not worms.

How often do I feed them it?( daily, weekly etc)

What duration? ( I think I read one feeding once and another 5 to 7 days later is this correct?)

 

Prazipro is not effective against nematodes unfortunately. You'd need a dewormer.

But Metro in GC is effective against Hexamita. I'm following to learn if it can be added to food.

Personally I would use an Epsom salts solution in a food soak instead of Metronidazole. Let me know if you'd like info.

Also GC contains Prazi, so you will be treating with something that is ineffective all over again.

Treating Hexamita aka Spironucleus
Basically the solution is 3/4 tsp Epsom Salts dissolved in 1/2 cup distilled or tank water. Just drip a few drops on a thin layer of pellet food until just saturated.

Ok do I have to wait till it dry or just feed it straight?

 

You can feed it right away, directly to the fish or allow to dry.
