How to get these plants BUMPIN

Howdy yall,

Got a few questions I'm hoping to get some advice on. Got me a 75 gallon that is moderatly planted. Flourite, aquasoil, CO2 no drop counter, powerhead, and a hagen glo light..not sure the size. Got for free from a tank purchase. As of right now I only use seachem flourish twice a week. Most of my plants are doing well. Growing, slowly, but growing. The trouble comes when it to my red star ludwigea (pseurins?) and my Anubias.. not sure of the variety.
So my Anubias, after dealing with some Black beard algae I moved them around for current and lighting purposes. They have since become spotty both black and white spots. Certain, more affected leaves are kind of wilted looking on the edges.
My ludwigea hos lost its vibrant red colouration as well as has dropped most of the leaves on the bottom half of the plant. A slight shimmer of hope is that where a majority of leaves have dropped, small new leaves have began to emerge. lots of above soil roots too.
Should I leave these small leaves or trim and replant the stems?
On whole is this a fert and lighting issue? Going to get an iron supp from seachem tomorrow. ould the bulbs be too old? Kid said they are a few years old.. I have a second one of these glo lights is it needed?
Any advice hot to have my plants flourish instead of just exist in the tank.
Thank you all for the help and advice!

PS. This tank gets a good bit of natural sunlight.. I know that's not always best. too late to move the thing. no algae outbreaks yet

its hard to dial in on what's the problem without knowing the strength/wattage on those bulbs, the depth of the tank etc if its a lighting problem. if they are indeed old bulbs that would decrease its output significantly as well.

iron will definitely help, I would also add potassium as well.
flourish excel(liquid carbon) will also help to supplement your co2

Tank is 20'' deep. Substrate to fill line is more like 17''
The lights are t5 HO 39w. Maybe 24'' long. Each bank has 2 lights.
I have a second light bank, It either needs new bulbs or doesn't work. If need be I can get it up and running.

good info , to me it sounds like they should be getting adequate light with those high output bulbs. I would try to add the ferts and see how it progresses.
picking up a co2 bubble counter will also help to fine tune how much co2 its releasing as adding ferts with higher light may exacerbate the algae if your co2 isn't adequate.

Thanks for the input. Will continue my new fert schedule and just keep an eye on things for the time being. I have a bubble counter. going at 2 bps right now. I want a drop checker to make it a little easier to moniter co2 levels.
