How To Add Video To Posts?

Hey I'm new to the computer world and i'd like to know how to do certian things can anyone help? Like puting up a video on here they tell me their to big how is that there only 10 sec. long and if that's not the problem what is how do I fix it...Oh I did go to youtube is there something in there i'm missing?? ;D

well you put a video up on youtube or something like it the you put the website address of your video and it will link to your video

If you go to YouTube, do you see the list of your videos? If so:
1) click on a title and when it opens, click on your address bar where you'll see a url like '

2) hit <ctrl>+<a> to select the address.
3) hit <ctrl>+<c> to copy the address.
4) click on the globe icon to get the url tags in your post.
5) in your post, hit <ctrl>+<v> to paste the address into your post.
