How often should I fully clean out my tank

hi all! I am just wondering how often should I fully clean out my tank, gravel, ect IF at all? Right now I do weekly water changes and vacuum gravel ect but I’m not sure at what point I should replace gravel and do a more deep clean? Is that a thing?

As long as you keep up on vacuuming you shouldn’t need to replace it. Unless some sort of harmful chemical got in the tank I would never take out more than 75%, which would only be very infrequent and just for more of a deep clean.
