Hello fish keepers, I want to know how often do you guys feed your fish frozen foods. I just got some Omega One Frozen Veggie Formula and I want to know how often can I feed them. I have community fish, mostly tetras, guppies and platies. Thanks

I feed my communities a veggie food in the morning, staple for lunch and meaty for tea. They have three small meals. But you could do it on a three day rota. Or staple one day, then bloodworms, daphnia, tubifex, brine shrimp, black worms the nest day.xx
