How Much To Feed Shrimp?

Hey everyone,

Currently I'm feeding my 10 gallon shrimp tank approximately 8-12 omega one super color veggie kelp pellets every other day. The tank is still lightly populated with 5 cherry shrimp and 3 amano shrimp. I was wondering if my feeding sounds okay for the amount/variety or if I should change it at all? Any advice is appreciated!

 

Sounds like a lot id probably only feed a 1 or 2 pellets once or twice a week.

 

How big is each pellet?

Phew, I was worried the amanos would be food hogs if I had to cut back anymore. Thank you And as far as food variety goes, does anyone have any other suggestions for a balanced shrimp diet?
